Park Hyatt Istanbul - Macka Palas Hotel, Istanbul

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the location is fantastic, surrounded by shops and restaurants in a quieter area of Istanbul. The welcoming service made my entry feel special, thanks to a standout staff member. However, some service aspects and housekeeping left much to be desired, which was disappointing given the hotel's reputation.

I had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Maçka Palas, which became the highlight of our summer family trip. The rooms were impressively large and packed with amenities like a steam room and hammam. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. However, securing transportation such as taxis could be a little tricky at times. Overall, the luxury experience was worth every penny, especially with the exceptional dining options available.
